One that is always willing, ready and able to go through with tasks that nobody else would. It means that you're willing to be the highest standard of a leader, one that will give correct orders and allow you to excel in all things to the highest degree. A commander isn't just someone that's put into authority, they're also tasked with making sure the troopers are fit and ready for the next fight. To make sure that they will live up to the highest expectations of every single officer on board. Their own troopers or soldiers are the face of them, if the troops look bad? Then the Commander looks bad. How active can you be as a Commander? : Every single day. I can promise at -LEAST- 8 hours Monday - Sunday.[/b] [b]Why do you want to become a Commander? :  Becoming part of the Inquisitors is something I've been wanting for a while, but I figured I should prove myself to the other battalions first. I would love to help make Purge active once again, actually giving them something to do. Everytime I walk past the Purge area, they're always bored, standing guard as they have nobody to exactly lead them around the ship or go on patrols. I intend to change that. We'll do training every day, patrol.. Just give them something to do. Fight against other Inquisitors as a training to go against Jedi that we would encounter. I want to give them something to enjoy on the server, other than just sitting at a checkpoint. I enjoy the people in that area and I believe I'd get along great with them. I'm a very serious player on the server and I'd enjoy watching purge and inquisitor flourish once again. What would you do as a Commander, If one of your troopers mass rdm'd and killed 4 troopers and said that their Commander told them to do it? : If one of the Purge Troopers, or even Inquisitors started to randomly Mass RDM people without my knowledge, but went to blame it on me? I'd of course call for an admin, ask them to check damage logs. If the Trooper or Inquisitor doesn't get banned, I'd dish out punishment. Easy 5 laps around the hangar bays, Grammar Jacks, etc... All for Roleplay Purposes. After that, I'd speak with the Grand Inquisitor about this problem, get insight on what should be done. Of course, my entire decision would've already been made, and would probably kick the Trooper out of the battalion due to them trying to blame the entire problem on me. What would you do differently as a Commander?: Most Commanders / Vice Commanders don't ever exactly do active trainings. They don't do SIMS with the battalions. They don't train against others to try and better themselves against the enemy. I would have the Purge Troopers do simulations against the Inquisitors, give them exactly what they would fight against on the battlefield when dealing with Jedi. We would even do 1v1 or 2v2 against other Purge Troopers, allowing them to better their aim and courage on the field. Daily patrols, RP, and just all around trying to make them want to play on the server!
