Any state of the battalion rests upon the shoulders of the current Commander and it is their responsibility to ensure the health and wellness of said Battalion. As the Commander, you should be the best leader you can and always helping your Troopers. To me a Commander should be someone that you can always go to help for, Your troops should never really fear you they should just have a healthy respect for you.[/color][/b] [b][color=#2980b9]How active can you be as a Commander?[/color] [/b][color=#f1c40f][b]I'm on almost every single day Apart from Mondays for about 4-5 hours.[/b][/color] [color=#2ecc71][b]Why do you want to become a Commander? [/b][/color][color=#f39c12][b]To me, the Commander is the most important part of the battalion and I want to be that for everyone and every person in the Battalion. I feel like I can become A great commander that everyone respects. I would also like to become Commander to build Tank Troopers as a battalion and as a whole, I want to help my Troopers become a part of a proper Battalion and help them learn how to RP properly as well as have fun.[/b][/color] [b][color=#2980b9]What would you do as a Commander, If one of your troopers mass rdm'd and killed 4 troopers and said that their Commander told them to do it?[/color] [/b][color=#f1c40f][b]I would personally give them a serious talking too as well as Remove them from the battalion and Blacklist them (Even If it was my Friend). That behavior is unacceptable In the Tank Troopers Battalion and I would not have any Troop like it.[/b][/color] [color=#2ecc71][b]What would you do differently as a Commander?[/b][/color][b][color=#f39c12] I would treat Every Troop the same.
