Applying For Commander Or Vice Commander: Commander

In your opinion, what does it mean to be a Commander? Being a commander isn't just for fun or having luxury to tell people what to do, there are respnsibilities and rules you need to enforce in your troops. Training them to perfect their combat abilities and teaching them how to be behave especially when they rank up, there's also need to be a sense of being non bias which is perfect in being in the middle or making excecutive decisions and having the resolve to make choices you think is right for your troops or the battalion in general.

How active can you be as a Commander?: Very Active.
Due to the Corona virus there shouldn't be much interferrence in my schedule other then working on Mondays and Thursdays 10 to 1PM Central. Sometimes schedules change to longer hours from the manager.

Why do you want to become a Commander? Because everyone in the 501st left including the officers and I for one am very passionate about the 501st and want to reform it into its former glory or even better under my command, I know I can make it better and interesting enough for everyone want to join.

What would you do as a Commander, If one of your troopers mass rdm'd and killed 4 troopers and said that their Commander told them to do it?
I have 2 ways of handling this sort of situation depending on the trooper.
1: If the trooper gives a sincere apology and gives his word to never such actions again the only punishment is triple demotion and harsh 30 min / 1 Hour PT.
2: If the trooper is nonchalant or doesn't care about what they've done then they are immediately removed from the battalion as this sort of behavior will not be tolorated and the trooper obviously has no intention in behaving in the battalion.

What would you do differently as a Commander? Make scheduled or daily training for the troops, guard Lord Vader, make tryouts difficult for those that know nothing about 501st but still passable, lead the 501st in battle the way they should, aggressive, strategic, tactical and careful rather then diving in head first into rain of blaster fire.

Any notes? None.
